Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy is 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are available only for items that are faulty, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unsuitability, although we do offer exchanges if terms of exchange are met.
Note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Returns are available only for items that are defective or damaged; we do not accept returns for change of mind or unsuitability, although we do offer exchanges if conditions of exchange are met [see Exchanges below].
To return an item, it must be:
- Returned within 28 days of purchase
- Unworn and in its original packing
- Accompanied by a note explaining the nature of the defect.
Postage for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer. To prevent items being lost in the post, we recommend obtaining tracking for your parcel. Returning items in their original delivery box will help ensure they arrive intact and packaging is not damaged in transit. Please contact us for a return address.
Note: Any items that arrive damaged due to being returned without sufficient protection will NOT be considered for an exchange or refund.
We are happy to exchange an item if it is returned within 28 days of purchase, unworn and in its original packaging. Please email us for a return address.
Note: For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange an item that has been tried on. An item for exchange must be returned in its original package and unworn.
As our fashion range has unique items which once sold out cannot be restocked, please contact Italian Tights prior to returning your item to secure a replacement.
